New Work from the Isles of Scilly

I am lucky enough to spend two weeks a year on the Isles of Scilly in Cornwall. As you have probably noticed, a lot of my work is inspired by the beautiful Archipelago. With it's Sub-Tropical climate it offers unique flora, fauna and sea life. The little Islands are almost toy-town like, with passenger ferries transporting tourists and locals from one Island to another, and some islands having only tractors as their primary form of transport! It is somewhere I will forever gain inspiration from, not only visually but with story-telling too. Here are a few sketches and works in progress from this summer.
