To the kitchen...
Updated: Oct 6, 2020
As with a lot of people, I have spent a lot of this time this year at home in the kitchen! Cooking new recipes I've always wanted to try, becoming obsessed with Ottolenghi cookbooks and of course eating much too much banana bread! The pandemic has certainly made a lot of people think more about supporting small and local business which is lovely to see. This often feels harder in London, I used to live in Cornwall where there was an abundance of local food markets and farms. We have however discovered 'Daylesford' which is an organic farm shop near by, all the produce comes from their farm a few miles away in the Cotswolds. They have the most beautiful homeware goodies too. I was inspired by the earthy colours and unique shapes and created some linocuts. These designs, inspired by the kitchen and lovely English veggies, are all up on my Etsy! Prints, hob covers and tea towels. Please do let me know what kind of products you would like to see with my prints on!
